Free shipping on every order. We want squishing to be a no-brainer, so shipping is on us.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 5 (business days) after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, customs, and holidays.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but email us right away and we'll try to help.

Lost or stuck packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate or reship. You're covered by our 90-day guarantee below.
