Condition: For change-of-mind returns, items should be in usable condition. Because of our guarantee, we'll always work with you — just reach out.

Refunds: Once your return is on its way (or your claim is approved), we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll catch it before it ships.
